Social direction Recruiting campaigns Multi-brand system

A national staffing firm running three brands at once. PrideStaff Financial for accounting and finance, Insurance Relief for carriers and brokers, Rx relief for pharmacy. Same parent, three audiences, three visual identities that had to stay distinct.

Most of the work was recruiting and employer-brand posts, so every piece is doing one of two jobs: get a candidate to apply, or make a client believe this firm understands their industry. Those need different tones from the same template set.

I built each brand its own palette and photo treatment on a shared layout. The purple wedge for Financial, the blue mesh for Insurance Relief, the teal for Rx. The grid, the type scale and the logo lockup stay put, so a recruiter could swap the headline and the photo without the piece drifting off brand.

The formats were fixed by the platforms rather than by me: 1200 by 630 for link previews and blog headers, square for the feed, a wide banner for LinkedIn. Each layout had to survive all three without a redraw.

A year of this across the three brands. The point was never a single standout post. It was that a recruiter with no design background could keep posting and it would still look like one firm.
