Website strategy Booking experience WordPress development

Julia already had an established practice, but her previous website was frequently unavailable and clients primarily relied on phone calls to schedule readings. Her services, background, testimonials, and booking options needed one dependable home.

I began by reviewing Julia’s existing online presence and service information, then translated that material into a new content structure and initial visual direction. I presented the concept to Julia, gathered her feedback, and refined the services, content, and presentation around how she works with clients.

Working independently, I owned the engagement from research and initial concept through client consultation, information architecture, visual direction, WordPress implementation, booking integrations, revisions, and responsive QA. The complete engagement took approximately one week.

The experience is organized around how clients want to meet. In-person readings are routed to Square, while online readings are directed to Beacons. The homepage introduces Julia, presents representative services with their format, duration, and price, and gives each visitor a clear next step.

Clients can now review the available services and enter the appropriate booking flow through the website instead of depending entirely on a phone call.

Booking · Square + Beacons Two systems, one clear handoff In-person appointments lead to Square, while online readings lead to Beacons. The website explains the distinction before moving clients into the appropriate booking system.
Two stacked sections of the website: an About panel with Julia's photo and bio, and a Reviews panel with three client testimonial cards.
